We are truly excited for this year’s Conference. We have some of the most faithful and powerful speakers coming to minister to us in these precious four days and three nights together. We look forward to passionate times of worship and prayer and be totally blessed as we fellowship together with God’s holy people.
We are praying diligently for our theme verse to hold true and be made alive within our hearts.
“I pray that out of his glorious riches, he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with God’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge–that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:16-19 (NIV).
We encourage you to commit these powerful words to memory as you prepare yourself in the upcoming weeks, for we believe God’s Word is alive and active (Hebrews 4:12).

Please travel safely and allow sufficient time for holiday traffic and wintery weather road conditions.
A friendly reminder: Please book your hotel room with the Radisson early or you may have to stay at an overflow hotel, equally nice, but a 5-minute drive away. Including the Chinese conference, we already have 750 people registered! Rooms at the Radisson are expected to run out very soon as was the case last year.

Mention that you are attending the Chicago Chinese Christian Missions event if you wish to receive a special promotional rate of $56/room/night (tax included). The contract discount rate will end on December 16th. If the Radisson hotel is full, a nearby overflow hotel (with the same rate) will be available.
We ask that you do not cook in the hotel rooms.
A maximum of four people may stay in one room.
The hotel does not provide a shuttle bus to or from the airport. If you require assistance, please send your requests to Sheri Sun at ssunchicago@yahoo.com before December 19th.
GRACE Conference Check-in Process:
Conference check-in starts at 3 PM on December 26th.
There are two separate check-ins which you must complete: 1.) Your hotel room and 2.) Your conference registration. We ask that you first check into your room at the hotel and leave all your belongings in your hotel room. Then, send one person from the family to check-in for the conference. There is no luggage allowed in the Conference Check-In area.
In order to speed up the conference check-in process we ask that you complete your registration forms and pay the registration fee prior to the start of the Conference.
Please check your registration status at http://cccm.biz/registration/lookupById.htm and make sure you have completed your registration form and paid the fees.

Meals:
Please be considerate to our meal service coworkers as they plan and arrange to feed the thousand(s) 3 times a day within a short time window each day. Your cooperation with the following instructions is greatly appreciated:
The only time a change to your meal plan can be made is when you first check-in to the GRACE conference.
No further change is allowed after you have checked in.
Dinner on December 26th cannot be changed as it’s already in preparation before you check in.
Volunteer Opportunities:
We are in need of volunteers to help set-up and tear-down rooms, sell T-shirts, give directions, help with check-in and registration, and provide hospitality to our guest speakers

Your registration fees for the conference may cover about one quarter of the conference expenses. We request your prayerful consideration and make a donation to cover the remainder of the expenses. Please pray for a financial solution that the GRACE 2011 budget will be balanced, even you are not in a position to give at this moment. Thank you!
One way you can help is by purchasing a brand new GRACE T-shirt. Please pre-order ASAP because we will only carry a limited amount of extras for sale. All proceeds will go toward funding the GRACE Conference. Here is the G11 T-shirt pre-order form.
Please continue to pray, invite and encourage your friends and family to attend. Register before the regular registration fee ends on 11/30! Last winter, an attendee of Grace 2010 was invited by someone from a church she had just visited. She had just moved into her new home and despite the fact that she had yet to unpack all her belongings, she decided to attend the conference. She was so grateful for her friend’s invitation that this year she is returning the blessing by being a Small Group Leader! So keep spreading the word.
