From the Radisson at Star Plaza:
Our goal at the Radisson is to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for all guests of the hotel. Please be aware of the following policies that we require all our guests to honor throughout their stay at the hotel:
● OUR HOTEL IS 100% SMOKE FREE! IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY SMOKES IN THE ROOM THERE WILL BE A $150 RECOVERY FEE ASSESSED. THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND NON NEGOTIABLE.
- No cooking is allowed in any guest room or public area of the hotel. This includes the use of hotplates and/or Panini style cooking grills.
● Our guest rooms are intended for use by registered guests only and rooms will not be occupied by more than (4) adults.
● The (4) registered guests are the only persons permitted to use our pool.
● Excessive noise that imposes on other guests will not be tolerated.
● All minors are to be under adult supervision AT ALL TIMES!!
● All food and beverage consumed in any public space of the hotel or exterior pool area must be purchased from the hotel. No glass of any kind will be permitted in the public space of the hotel and pool area. Attendees may utilize all the public space on the Convention side ONLY of the hotel: South Lobby I & II, East Lobby I & II, Composers Row, Grand Metropolitan Ballroom, Celebrity Ballroom, Ellington Boardroom and Coronet Boardroom.
THE NOISE FACTOR
In an effort to ensure that all of our hotel room guests receive privacy and have an enjoyable stay, we ask your assistance by doing the following:
1. Keep your guest room entrance door closed.
2. For your safety, we suggest that you use the entrance door “peep hole” to verify the person(s) that you allow in your room. Hotel staff will identify themselves and will have name tags.
3. Keep your TV or radio volume to a moderate level so other guests are not disturbed.
4. Keep all guests “voice” volume to a moderate level. No yelling inside of rooms or from Atrium-side balconies. Please limit the playing of any music to the inside of your room only.
5. Do not allow any guests visiting your hotel room leave with “Alcoholic Beverages” – this is a violation of Indiana State law.
6. Please remember that some of our guests may not want to stay up as late as you do, some may be children and may be asleep at this hour.
7. A $150.00 NOISE PER COMPLAINT FEE WILL APPLY, IF THE MANAGEMENT STAFF EITHER PLACES A CALL OR VISITS YOUR GUEST ROOM, REQUESTING TO LOWER THE NOISE.
8. ALL Amenities will be turned OFF unless guest presents a credit card.
● The CABANAS located on the perimeter of the Atrium area (off the main lobby area) are PRIVATE and are not available for general use. They are available for rental. If you have an interest in renting this space, please contact the front desk.
We are committed to providing a memorable, safe, and enjoyable hospitality experience to all our guests. We realize that guests want to have a fun and exciting weekend get away; however we don’t want the experience to be at the inconvenience of the other guests. Thank you for your cooperation and respect of these guidelines.
The Radisson reserves the right to enforce these policies fully up to but not limited to requesting the eviction of any guest in non-compliance.
