Frankie Rodriguez, workshop speaker

Frankie Rodriguez grew up in the inner city of Chicago, IL. At the young age of eight Frankie’s father passed away and Frankie was raised by his single mother.  Living a life of sin and rebellion he faced many struggles. But God’s hand was upon his life and he started attending church in 2001 and he felt God calling him but did not respond until 2006. He was transformed and God started to give him a passion for the lost and reaching the unreached in the world with the gospel of Jesus. With a sincere concern for the lost, Frankie has a desire to see people get free from sin and allowing God to change them from the inside out.  Since 2006, Frankie has helped with church planting, mission trips to Guatemala, and Native American Reservation in AZ, and he desires to travel where ever the Lord sends him to preach and be the hands and feet of Christ. Frankie has helped start Chi-City Connect which is an outreach ministry to bring in the un-churched into a small group setting, he has worked with GRIP outreach for Youth the past four years, and he has spoken at many retreats, youth camps, and youth groups.  Frankie is a member of Abundant Life World Outreach.  Recently, God called Frankie to leave his “comfortable” setting and called him into full-time ministry as the Young Adults Pastor.  This has been a walk of faith for him and his family but he is confident that he is called and because he is called God will take care of his needs. Frankie resides in Chicago, IL and is married to Janelle they have been married two years, and God has been blessed them with their beautiful daughter Jubilee and they have another baby on the way. Together in ministry they desire to see Chicago transformed and renewed and believe that God will continue to use them for his Kingdom.
